Notice 09/15/2008
New Band Deposit Form now available and required to be included as part of Fundraiser deposits from Students. We ask that this document be included as part of your Fundraising paperwork distributed to students.
This form must be filled out and placed in a sealed envelope with all band deposits. The student’s name, section and the fundraiser must be printed on the outside of the envelope.
